I bought Trust premium incense sticks 4 packets and Royal no 9 4 packets on 14 February 2024. Trust premium incense sticks are ok. But Royal no 9 is very worst agarbatti I have ever used. Not at all burning continuously. It's irritating too much. Moreover the customer care number 011 221 46444 is discontinued. No other medium to contact. I connected through WhatsApp also. But no response. So, I am leaving my review here. Waste of money. Don't buy this brand. Try some other. My money and 400 sticks of Royal no 9. Is wasted. Very very poor quality. This company doesn't value the customer's money. Don't buy and trust this company products.
